Pasco, Washington

Chapel Hill lies within the thriving city of Pasco, located in Southeastern Washington. This unique area, known as the Tri-Cities, continies to see steady growth and increased ammenities due to the increase in jobs to the region, ranging from engineering to agriculture. Washington State grows 13 of the highest yielding crops in the United States, with 10 of those being grown in and around Pasco, due to the fertile soil and temporate climate. There are also close to 100 wineries in the region which is second only to Napa Valley, Ca.

The Columbia, Snake and Yakima Rivers all provide an abundance of water to the region, not only for agriculture but for watersports as well. From fishing to wakeboarding and with over 300 days of sunshine per year, there is never a shortage of things to do around the rivers. There are also many beautiful golf courses to choose from with great views and even better play.

From Interstate 182 take the Road 68 Exit. Go North on Road 68 and turn Right on Burden Blvd. Left on Road 44. Left onto Monterey Drive.
